Job summary

NHC HealthCare Scott Lawrenceburg is seeking a Life Enrichment Assistant for a PRN role with the potential to transition into part-time work. The position offers $13 per hour, depending on experience, and focuses on planning engaging activities that support residents’ overall well-being.

As part of a supportive, family-oriented team, you will plan and provide daily activities that promote physical, emotional, social, intellectual, and spiritual wellness, and you will collaborate with the Life

Responsibilities

Promote, organize, and lead recreational and life-enrichment programs.
Encourage residents to participate in activities based on their interests, preferences, and abilities.
Create engaging experiences that support the different domains of wellness.
Build positive and respectful relationships with residents and their families.
Assist with activity documentation, including attendance records, assessments, and progress notes.
Help prepare activity spaces and gather necessary supplies.
Work collaboratively with the Life Enrichment team and other center partners.
Maintain a positive, welcoming, and supportive environment.
