Qualifications

• 7+ years in visual, digital, web, brand, or art direction roles.
• Portfolio shows original concept development and visual craft.
• Can translate strategy into distinctive visual direction across digital experiences.
• Strong web design experience with UX fundamentals and responsive design.
• Experience shaping visual identities including typography and color.
• Able to present design concepts and rationale to clients.
• Collaborative, with experience working with writers and strategists.
• Experience mentoring junior designers and raising creative bar.
• Bonus: illustration, typography, motion, or photography.
