Job summary

Gaia, a NYC-based company, is seeking a Creative Lead to scale our creative function across brand and performance. You will own Gaia's visual identity, craft a design system, and drive category-defining work that resonates with both patients and partners.

You'll build and lead a small team, partner with Growth and Leadership, and implement AI-native workflows to accelerate asset production while maintaining high craft and brand consistency.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of visual design experience with a strong focus on brand and performance marketing.
• Strong portfolio spanning brand identity, websites, campaigns, and performance marketing creative.
• Proficiency in Figma and the Adobe Creative Suite.
• Solid grasp of brand identity systems, digital marketing principles, and performance metrics.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; ability to explain design decisions to diverse stakeholders.
• Adaptable in a fast-paced, ambiguous environment with multiple projects.
• AI-native approach to design and asset production.

Responsibilities

• Own Gaia's creative craft end to end: evolve visual identity and establish a scalable design system.
• Develop brand strategy aligned to business goals and maintain consistency across projects.
• Conceptualize and design high-converting marketing materials across channels.
• Stand up AI-powered workflows to accelerate asset production.
• Partner with Growth, Partnerships, and Leadership to tie creative work to acquisition and revenue.
• Lead, mentor, and grow the design team as the function scales.
