Job summary

Baskin-Robbins in Norfolk, MA is seeking a Part-Time Cake Decorator to create ice cream cakes to order and maintain high quality presentation. You will decorate cakes, handle special order designs, and keep the decorating station sanitary while delivering friendly customer service.

Qualifications

• Previous cake decorating experience preferred, but training provided.
• Steady hands and an eye for design.
• Ability to work under time constraints during peak seasons.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to stand for extended periods and lift up to 25 lbs.
• Must work in a freezer/cold environment for short periods.
• Flexible availability including weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Decorate ice cream cakes according to customer orders and Baskin-Robbins standards
• Prepare custom cake designs for special orders
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary decorating station
• Manage cake inventory and communicate supply needs to management
• Assist with taking and confirming custom cake orders
• Ensure cakes are completed accurately and on time for pickup
• Follow all food safety and handling guidelines
• Support general store operations and customer service as needed
