Job summary

Regis Corporation seeks a Stylist at our salon location in Chicago. You will serve clients professionally, consult on services, and help maintain client loyalty through outstanding customer care.

You may earn through base pay, tips, and commissions with higher rates for strong performance. Stylist-in-Training candidates are encouraged to apply, with required cosmetology licensure or pending graduation within 90 days.

Qualifications

• Must maintain a valid cosmetology or barber’s license (or be within 90 days of graduation).
• Ability to work with clients, follow service protocols, and ensure client satisfaction.
• Willingness to participate in training and ongoing education.

Responsibilities

• Provide quality services by consulting with clients and applying techniques.
• Educate clients on home care and services to maintain hairstyle between visits.
• Communicate effectively with clients and team members; schedule appointments.
• Maintain flexibility for night and weekend shifts; attend required trainings.
• Meet or exceed productivity standards and handle POS transactions.
