Qualifications

• Valid New Jersey Cosmetology License required.
• Experience in cutting, coloring, and styling for diverse hair types.
• Strong knowledge of professional hair care products and tools.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends.
• Self-motivated with a passion for the beauty industry and continuous learning.

Responsibilities

• Provide a full range of hair services including cuts, color, highlights, and styling.
• Consult with clients to understand their hair goals and recommend personalized treatments.
• Perform blowouts, updos, and specialty styling for everyday and special occasions.
• Maintain a clean, sanitary, and organized workstation at all times.
• Build and retain a loyal client base through exceptional service and follow-up.
• Stay current with the latest hair trends, techniques, and product knowledge.
• Collaborate with salon team members to ensure a positive guest experience.
