Sun Tan City is seeking a graphic designer to lead the creation of high-quality visual materials for print and digital formats across Sun Tan City and Wellness City brands. The role involves crafting assets, templates, and social content while upholding brand standards.

The ideal candidate has at least 2 years of experience, a relevant bachelor’s degree, a strong portfolio, and proficiency with Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, Canva, CapCut, and PowerPoint; agency experience is a plus.

• Agency experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio showing diverse design work and attention to detail.
• Proficient with Adobe Creative Suite (Illustrator, Photoshop) and PowerPoint.

SUMMARY
This position is responsible for the overall design and creation of high-quality visual materials, including both print and digital media, for Sun Tan City and Wellness City primarily and occasionally Buff City Soap, Planet Fitness, 7 Brews, and SEVEN.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

• Design and create compelling graphic assets and templates to be used for external and internal company printed materials. Graphic designers are responsible for creating press ready files.
• Create content for social channels this would include but not limited to cutting and editing UGC, static photos, and graphics.
• Collaborate cross-functionally to understand individual project needs and determine design solutions that align with marketing and brand guidelines.
• Use Adobe Creative Cloud, Canva, and Capcut to create visual assets.
• Ensure that all assets adhere to brand standards.
• Take the initiative to transform campaign and content ideas into visual assets.
• Accommodate other interdepartmental design requests.
• Incorporate changes recommended by franchisees and project owners into final designs.
• Aid in proofing process on their own or other designers’ work.
• Communication with franchisees and project owners regarding revisions, file prep, and timelines.

BASIC & PREFERRED QUALIFICATIONS

• Proven experience (2+ years) as a Graphic Designer or similar role.
• Bachelor’s degree in graphic design, Visual Communication or a related field required.
• Agency experience preferred.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating a diverse range of design projects, showcasing creativity, technical skills, and a keen eye for detail.
• Mastery of Microsoft PowerPoint including layouts, animations, templates, and using PowerPoints to tell a coherent story.
• Ability to deliver on quick turnaround requests.
• Passion for learning new techniques to continue to push the brand and create innovative designs.
• Strong collaboration and project management skills.
• Strong skills within Adobe Creative Suite - Proficient in Adobe Illustrator and Photoshop. Familiar with Capcut, After Effects, and Canva.
• Positive attitude, flexibility, and a willingness to adapt to changing priorities and requirements.
• High levels of attention to detail.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS & TRAVEL

• Sedentary work that primarily involves sitting/standing for extended periods.
• Ability to use a computer and other office equipment for extended periods.
• Travel: Rarely (Less than 10%), locally.
