Champro Sports is seeking a Creative Graphic Designer to join the marketing team. You will design digital and print materials, including product collateral, emails, and social graphics, with a focus on typography, color, and current trends.

The role requires collaboration with Product and Sales, rapid concept development, and adherence to brand guidelines. Prior experience with hard goods graphics and uniforms is a plus.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• 2+ years of graphic design experience with a strong portfolio.
• Proficiency in Adobe Illustrator, Photoshop, and InDesign.
• Photography & video editing skills/experience a plus.
• Web design and HTML experience are a plus.
• Effective communication skills to collaborate with team members.

Responsibilities

• Conceive, create and develop digital and print promotional materials.
• Produce product marketing collateral, email promotions, and social graphics.
• Develop sublimation design templates and Wave/Surge templates.
• Collaborate with Product, Sales and stakeholders to meet project needs.
• Create 'Game Ready' graphics to support value-added decoration options.
• Ensure designs align with brand guidelines across platforms.
• Manage multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Incorporate feedback to refine designs.
