Job summary

Paycom seeks a Graphic Designer to join our Las Vegas corporate office. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in graphic design or tech/trade school equivalent.
• 3 to 5 years' professional graphic design experience.
• Mastery of design software such as Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
• Knowledge of color theory, typography, layout, and visual hierarchy.
• Experience with HTML and CSS a plus; Agency/corporate experience desirable.
• Portfolio of past/current projects and designs.
• Advanced Photoshop and Illustrator skills.

Responsibilities

• Design onsite, email, and mobile elements based on product specifications and wireframes to achieve specified goals.
• Work with marketing team to conceptualize and develop innovative collateral.
• Create custom designs for social media campaigns and all marketing campaigns.
• Collaborate with marketing team to explore and develop new ideas.
• Ensure the design and posting of web-based marketing is compliant with ADA website standards.
• Assist design team in rolling out new brand identity into all internal materials as well as all external marketing materials.
• Create artwork, signage, and visual elements for events and store locations (Illustrator, Photoshop, InDesign).
• Create production-ready files and work with printers.
