Job summary

Kwik Trip, Inc.'s Marketing Department is seeking a Graphic Design Intern to support the Creative Services team. You will assist with developing and producing materials for campaigns, internal comms, retail environments, and brand-building efforts across Kwik Trip’s brands.

This paid internship lasts about 8 months, with up to 20 hours per week during the academic term and up to 40 hours per week during school breaks.

Qualifications

• Pursuing a degree in Graphic Design or related field.
• Strong understanding of typography, color theory, layout, and brand consistency.
• Experience with Adobe Creative Cloud—Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign.
• Familiarity with print production and digital media guidelines.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Word, Excel).

Responsibilities

• Assist with design and production of marketing materials across channels.
• Create and update materials for internal communications and brand environments.
• Develop environmental graphics for stores and events.
• Perform photo editing and basic retouching for assets.
• Prepare production-ready artwork with print and digital specs.
• Organize and manage digital assets and versions.
• Create mockups and presentations to support campaigns.
• Collaborate with designers, photographers, and marketers.
• Learn and apply design best practices and brand guidelines.
• Provide administrative and production support to the team.
