Job summary

Celebrate the Children in Denville, NJ is seeking a Creative Graphic Design & Digital Marketing Specialist to join our team. This full-time role combines graphic design, website maintenance, and digital marketing to promote our programs and community impact.

You will design print and digital materials, update the website, manage social media content, assist with photography and video, and collaborate across departments to bring the Celebrate the Children brand to life.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Graphic Design, Marketing, Communications, Digital Media, Web Design, or related field preferred but not necessary.
• Experience in graphic design and digital content creation.
• Experience managing or updating websites.
• Proficiency with graphic design software such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or comparable programs.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic photography and video editing skills preferred.
• Experience with WordPress or another website content management system preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics and visual materials for print and digital use, including flyers, brochures, advertisements, social media graphics, event materials, presentations, signage, and promotional materials, email marketing.
• Maintain consistency of the Celebrate the Children brand across all platforms and materials.
• Develop creative concepts for campaigns, events, fundraising initiatives, programs, and community outreach.
• Create engaging social media graphics and other digital content.
• Assist with photography and videography at events and school/community activities as needed.
• Help develop creative materials that showcase CTC students, staff, programs, accomplishments, and community impact.
