Qualifications

• Experience in graphic design and digital content creation.
• Experience managing or updating websites.
• Proficiency with Adobe Creative Suite and Canva.
• Experience with social media platforms and digital marketing.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Basic photography and video editing skills.
• Experience with WordPress or other CMS.
• Ability to work independently and in a team.
• Comfortable in a fast-paced nonprofit environment.

Responsibilities

• Design graphics and visual materials for print and digital use across materials and channels.
• Maintain consistency of Celebrate the Children brand across platforms.
• Develop concepts for campaigns, events, programs, and community outreach.
• Create engaging social media graphics and digital content.
• Assist with photography and videography at events as needed.
• Support website updates, pages, and campaigns.
• Collaborate with staff to develop marketing materials.
• Attend occasional events for coverage and on-site needs.
