Job summary

Michaels Stores in Mooresville, NC is seeking a friendly, customer-focused team member to support the framing department, help customers find framing solutions, and keep the store clean and well merchandised for a great shopping experience.

You will process framing orders with care, operate framing equipment and glass cutter, assist with unloading trucks and stocking, and provide reliable service during nights, weekends and early mornings.

Qualifications

• Basic computer skills and basic measuring skills are required.
• Ability to operate framing equipment and glass cutter is required.
• Retail experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Provide friendly customer service and help customers find products.
• Complete framing orders accurately and on time.
• Maintain the ready-made frame area and inventory levels.
• Assist with truck unloading and stocking processes.
• Operate cash register and handle cash to SOP.
