Responsibilities

• Execute merchandising plans, holiday displays, and promotional setups.
• Maintain fresh, visually appealing floral cases with accurate signage.
• Monitor plant health, hydration, and presentation standards.
• Manage ordering, inventory, shrink, markdowns, and waste tracking.
• Oversee receiving, conditioning, rotation, and cooler organization.
• Build and manage schedules aligned with sales volume and labor targets.
• Hire, train, coach, and develop floral associates; foster teamwork.
• Ensure sanitation, safety, labeling, and company standards compliance.
