BB Event Productions is a Bay Area-based event production company offering décor, florals, rentals, coordination, catering, and more for corporate events, weddings, and private celebrations.

We are seeking a creative, reliable Event Decor & Production Specialist to join our team in Hayward, CA. This part-time/on-call role requires evenings and weekends, with pay of $22.00–$25.00 per hour, and up to 40 hours per week as needed.

Qualifications

• Strong creative eye and attention to detail.
• Comfortable working with tools and assembling event installations.
• Dependable and punctual.
• Able to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment.
• Positive attitude and ability to work as part of a team.
• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation preferred.

Responsibilities

• Assist with the design, preparation, setup, and breakdown of event décor.
• Create and install backdrops, draping, tablescapes, centerpieces, signage, and specialty décor.
• Work with fresh and artificial florals.
• Style ceremony, reception, corporate, and specialty event spaces.
• Work closely with our Event & Production team to bring client designs to life.
• Ensure installations are clean, professional, and completed on schedule.
