Step Up Studios is seeking a Creative Director to serve as the artistic and creative lead, guiding vision and original production for student-focused programs.

You will collaborate with the Step Up Studios Manager to set artistic direction, personally design original artwork, and develop new product lines that align with community needs and program goals. This role emphasizes mentorship and production quality in a dynamic educational setting.

Competenze

• Bachelor’s degree in Fine Arts or related field or significant professional experience.
• Demonstrated ability to produce original artwork, designs or projects.
• Experience with graphic design and digital art platforms.
• Ability to translate concepts into organized production workflows.
• Strong organizational and communication skills; collaborate with students.
