New mLife Church is seeking a Creative/Media Director.

Job Title: Creative Director

Role and Responsibilities
Live Production
● Provide vision and direction for the production team for all services and events. Use equipment, including LED wall, lighting, and stage design, to create engaging environments that promote the church’s vision and lead people to worship God.
● Provide training and development opportunities for volunteers to learn how to use the equipment effectively.
Video Content Development
● Lead the vision, planning, and execution of video content for New Life Church—including testimonies, sermon series, event promotions, social media, and livestream assets—with excellence and clarity.
○ Serve as primary videographer and editor. Maintain high-quality standards in all stages of production (filming, editing, color correction, and audio syncing) using tools like Adobe Premiere, Final Cut Pro, or equivalent.
○ Support special projects and seasonal campaigns with creative direction and video deliverables (e.g., Christmas, Easter, Nights of Worship).
○ Produce a weekly announcement video for Sunday Services.
○ Create 2-3 sermon clips (approx 1 min each) for use on social media.
○ Collaborate with ministry leaders to creatively tell the stories of what God is doing through New Life Church in a way that engages both church members and the broader community.
Branding & Design
● Assist in developing and maintaining a consistent visual brand across platforms, including YouTube, social media, and internal communications.
Pastoral Leadership
● Provide pastoral leadership to team members and the congregation, cultivating a Christ-centered culture marked by humility, service, and spiritual leadership.
● Work closely with the Production Director, Audio Engineer, and Worship Pastor to ensure excellence between audio, video, and lighting elements.
● Attend weekly staff meetings to collaborate on planning services and events to align with the vision of New Life Church.

General Expectations
● Arrive on time and prepared for all meetings, office hours, rehearsals, and services.

● Maintain professionalism in all interactions with New Life staff, volunteers, and attendees.
● Dress appropriately for all events. Casual attire is acceptable; no hats, shorts, offensive graphics, or excessively torn clothing should be worn.
