Job summary

The Freeman Company is seeking a Creative Director in a hybrid role, based at a major hub with 2–3 days in office or on site. You will lead environmental design concepts, coordinate with design and production teams, and ensure client goals are met within timelines.

Ideal candidates bring advanced CAD/3D skills, strong communication, and a collaborative mindset to develop memorable brand experiences for global clients.

Qualifications

• Familiarity with Adobe Suite, 3D Studio Max, V-Ray, ACad or similar CAD software.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal.
• Education in architecture/environmental/retail/interior/industrial/exhibit/experiential design.
• Experience is helpful but not as important as creativity and attitude.

Responsibilities

• Develop design visuals of concepts via 3D modeling, sketching, floor plans, layouts and drawings.
• Share design information with designers, estimators, engineers and production managers.
• Lead a team through changing project conditions and deadlines.
• Present ideas clearly to partners, clients and colleagues.
• Understand budgets and deliver concepts within constraints.
