Morgan Mace is excited to partner with a boutique family office investing in high-growth, multi-brand consumer goods companies. With a strong footprint in the U.S. and Canada, their portfolio spans mass-market and niche brands within the health and wellness space—one of the fastest-growing consumer sectors today.

We’re looking for a Creative Director – Direct Response to lead the creative vision and performance execution across a portfolio of direct-to-consumer (DTC) brands. This is a pivotal leadership opportunity for a data-savvy creative who thrives at the intersection of storytelling and performance marketing.

The Role:

You’ll own the strategy and production of conversion-focused creative across paid channels and funnel assets. From Facebook ads to landing pages and video sales letters, you’ll direct a high-performing team to deliver impactful, high-ROI campaigns.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the end-to-end development of direct response creative for Facebook, Instagram, YouTube, landing pages, VSLs, and more.
  • Build and scale a high-performing creative pipeline with strong emphasis on iteration and testing.
  • Manage and mentor a cross-functional creative team of editors, designers, and copywriters.
  • Write clear, actionable creative briefs to align internal stakeholders and external contributors.

Creative Production & Optimization

  • Establish agile workflows for creative production, testing, and iteration.
  • Collaborate closely with media buyers and growth teams to evaluate performance (CTR, CVR, AOV, ROAS) and adapt creative accordingly.
  • Create systems to repurpose and scale winning assets efficiently across the portfolio.
  • Stay ahead of industry trends, new formats, and digital storytelling techniques.
  • Bring fresh, high-converting creative concepts to life that support business growth.

You Bring:

  • 6+ years in direct response marketing with a deep focus on performance creative.
  • 3+ years in a creative leadership role with direct ownership of paid media KPIs.
  • Proven success developing and scaling video, UGC, and motion-based assets.
  • Deep understanding of paid social, funnel-based creative, and VSL strategy.
  • Strong experience working in DTC, health and wellness, or CPG brands.
  • Excellent communication and brief-writing skills, plus a data-driven creative mindset.
  • Familiarity with high-growth, multi-brand operating environments.
