Job summary

Dentsu Creative in New York is seeking a Creative Director, Creative Development (Copywriter) to lead concepting, writing, and execution of integrated healthcare and consumer wellness creative. This hybrid role is based in New York, NY (also hiring in Boston) and includes mentoring teams while partnering with clients and creative leadership.

You will direct the look, tone, and feel of on-strategy ideas, oversee quality, and translate client needs into compelling creative direction as a key

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience ideating and executing creative concepts in the creative advertising industry.
• Bachelor’s degree in advertising, marketing, or a related field or equivalent experience.
• Strategic and creative capability across written, visual, and conceptual areas.
• Proven client service and presentation skills.
• Experience using a variety of technology platforms and media channels.
• Experience managing multiple teams.
• Location requirement: New York or Boston.

Responsibilities

• Direct the look, tone, and feel of on-strategy creative ideas.
• Mentor teams and manage client relationships.
• Present and sell creative concepts to clients and senior leadership.
• Lead work across retail, CRM, healthcare enrollment, and member communications.
• Collaborate with CD art director and report to ECDs.
