Job summary

Grey is seeking a senior creative leader to direct campaigns from concept to execution, guiding multi-disciplinary teams to craft big, brand-building ideas across all channels. POSITION OVERVIEW:

Responsible for developing creative campaign concepts and leading multi-disciplinary teams through ideation to execution.Oversee the development of big, brand-building, persuasive, and unexpectedideas across all channels.Provide leadership and motivationwhile simultaneouslyextractingamazing thoughts and ideas fromreportingcreatives.Ability to defuse problems andcome up withsolutions in the best interests of thecompany, the clients, and thecreative team.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
  • Direct projects from concept to completion with minimal oversight from ECDs and GCDs, ensuringthat creative ideas are executed in an exceptional way–
  • Act inthe best interest of theclient’s and/or the agency’sbig idea when managing the day-to-day operations
  • Providecreativeguidance to ensure ideas are tied to strategy, pushing for Famously Effective ideas internally as well as with the client
  • Manage the client relationship and lead creativemeetings/presentations to the client
  • Generate ideas to help pitch and win new business
  • Lead effective team meetings to both organize highquantityof work, but also to inspire and motivate team members.
  • Work with internal and external strategic partners to create products using the most current industry best practices
  • Setting an example for the larger team through setting high creative standards and overall involvement in the larger agency initiatives.
  • May develop juniorteams with careful and consistent feedback,mentorshipand model behavior
  • Maytrain and supervise team members. Oversee their creative efforts to ensure they are on strategy, on schedule, andare meetingcreative standards.
  • Is responsible forawareness and communication of creative successes both internally and externally
  • May overseecareerdevelopment of junior team members. Perform reviews todeterminestrengths, growth opportunities, goals, and ambitions.
  • Builds positive environment for the development of the highest quality creative product
  • Remain current on latest creative trends globally. Stay curious about award shows, past and present case studies, production companies, and everything that is being created by some of the best people and companies in our industry. Only by gaining an understanding of what kind of work moves you and what it takes to get there,you willthen be able to create work that moves others.
  • Stay on top of the latest technological advancements, including design software, digital tools, and platforms, to enhance creative processes and deliver innovative solutions
  • Remain curious about pop culture, social mediatrendsand your audience's interests and behaviorsin order toinfuse culturally relevant elements into briefs and campaigns. Bring the outside world into our work, so our brands can join the conversation.
WHAT YOU WILL NEED:
  • At least10+years of industry experience in a well-established, creative role with a proventrack recordof agency success
  • Agency experience working across allchannels
  • Strong creative portfolio highlighting relevant/category experience and industry award winning work
  • Solidverbal communication skills, with experience presenting to all levels ofclients
  • Knowledgeof marketing, all forms of advertising, and digital experiences, with provenconceptual and design abilities
  • Experience working with large teams in client-facing role
  • Excellentwrittenand presentation skills
  • Ableto handle multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
