beehiiv is seeking a Creative Director to own the brand story end-to-end. You will lead a lean, high-impact creative team, partnering with directors, agencies, and freelancers to craft campaigns that spark conversation and drive growth.

You’ll shape a distinctive voice across brand, product, partnerships, and cultural moments while mentoring the next generation of talent. You’ll originate ideas, pitch big bets, and build alignment with executives to move fast.

Qualifications

• 8+ years leading creative for ambitious brands
• Standout portfolio of integrated campaigns and cultural moments
• Fluency across art direction, copy, design, motion and photography
• Proven track record of leading major productions end to end

• Own the creative vision behind top campaigns across brand, product, partnerships, and culture
• Turn business goals into bold creative briefs with clear strategic intent
• Lead ideas from spark to launch and manage partnerships with directors and agencies
• Dream up and execute standout integrated campaigns across social, digital, and experiential
• Build tentpole moments and content franchises that define beehiiv year after year
