Clutch Creative is seeking a strategic and visionary Creative Director, Art for a client in the life sciences and market access space. You will define visual identity, lead a talented team, and craft compliant creative solutions tailored for pharmaceutical partners.

Based in the United States, this role is remote with US authorization. You will oversee concept development, mentor designers, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to win new business while navigating strict regulatory

Qualifications

• 8+ years of total creative experience with ≥3 years in senior leadership in an agency.
• Proven expertise directing creative strategy and omnichannel execution (digital, print, presentations).
• Background in market access with familiarity in specialty therapeutics, oncology, or rare diseases.

Responsabilités

• Provide creative leadership and mentorship for a high-performing team across digital and print channels.
• Set long-term creative direction, brand standards, and visuals for the agency.
• Hands-on art direction, review layouts, and give precise feedback.
• Ensure designs comply with regulatory constraints (MLR, ISI, fair balance) and client goals.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with account management, operations, and strategy.
• Contribute to new business pitches and expand existing accounts.
• Participate in talent screening and shaping service offerings.
