Reporting directly to the Sr. Director of Marketing & Product, this role drives the high-level direction for a multi-brand portfolio. The objective is to lead the transition from basic production to a proactive growth engine that creates high-converting content designed to "make things sell." As a "Player-Coach," you will manage the visual and narrative identity across all touchpoints, ensuring each brand's unique personality is reflected in its physical packaging and its digital presence.

Strategic Brand Architecture & Execution (Primary Focus)
  • Brand Identity Management: Define and maintain distinct visual and narrative identities for a portfolio ranging from premium lifestyle tech to heritage-based audio.
  • Omnichannel Strategy: Lead a "box to screen" workflow philosophy that ensures consistency as products move from physical packaging to digital storefronts.
  • E-commerce & Web Leadership: Oversee the production of high-impact visual assets (Amazon A+, UI/UX content) that drive conversion and ensure a premium consumer journey.
  • Social & Narrative: Direct engaging static and video content, combining strong design with strategic brand positioning.
Creative Leadership & Production
  • Hands-on Execution: Personally execute flagship assets and "hero" concepts while providing feedback and mentorship to the design staff.
  • Departmental Collaboration: Partner with Marketing Services to ensure high-level strategy aligns with technical accuracy, packaging designs, and project timelines.
  • Sales & Performance Integration: Partner closely with Sales and Ecommerce leads to align creative content, messaging, and positioning with channel-specific goals, ensuring every asset is optimized for conversion and a clear ROI.
  • Executive Presentation: Proficiently convert high-end designs into business-friendly formats (PowerPoint/PDF) to support leadership and sales teams.
Operational Excellence & Technology
  • AI-Augmented Workflow: Utilize AI tools to accelerate creative output, specifically for rapid concept development and automating asset variations.
  • Project Leadership: Use project management tools to track complex workflows and ensure brand integrity on tight deadlines.
Required Knowledge, Skills, And Abilities
  • Design Mastery: Expert level in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign) with a focus on both digital and print.
  • Technical Versatility: Proficiency with Figma and high comfort in the Microsoft 365 environment.
  • Marketing Sense: Deep understanding of consumer psychology across luxury, heritage, and value-driven segments.
  • AI Integration: Regular use of AI tools for rapid concepting and productivity.
  • Collaborative Maturity: Professional maturity to balance feedback from multiple stakeholders while keeping projects on track.
Required Education And Experience
