A leading creative agency is seeking a Creative Director for a full-time remote opportunity, requiring expertise in luxury brands and a strong command of creative strategies. The role involves driving integration across multiple media channels and collaborating with various teams to enhance brand identity and achieve organizational goals.
Agency client is seeking a Creative Director for a remote, full-time opportunity.
You can work remote; however, you will be expected to attend production/shoots in the Orange County area.
MUST HAVES:
- Luxury brand experience
- Proven creative director experience
- Client facing, creative leader
- Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite
WHAT YOU'LL DO:
- Develop and execute strategic creative solutions across print, advertisements, presentations and brand identity
- Drive integration of art direction and design to different media channels including digital, print and video
- Establish strategic and compelling content across multiple social and digital platforms by leveraging creative visual concepts
- Collaborate with various cross-functional teams, including Digital Strategists, Producers, and Copywriters
- Provide strategic and creative recommendations and offer new ideas, concepts, and designs to continuously drive new business opportunities
- Achieve the brands objectives and adhere to financial policies and procedures in relation to plans and budgets

- Medical, Dental, Vision contributions after 60 days (eligible on the 1st of the month - Example: Start date 02.19.2019; Benefits kick in: 05.01.2019) - You have several options to choose from that include an HMO or PPO plan. Employees are eligible on the 1st of the month following 30 days of employment. ELA contributes 50% for the employee cost towards the Silver Trio HMO 1975 plan if chosen or that amount may be applied to another medical plan option offered.
- ELA offers a 401k plan to eligible employees after one year of employment --- Safe harbor match formula: 100% match on the first 3% of deferred compensation + 50% match on the next 2% of deferred compensation, not to exceed 5% total. In simpler terms, it is a 100% match on 4% of deferred compensation IF a participant is deferring at a 5% rate. If deferring at any rate below 5%, you will not get the full SH Match benefit.
- Paid vacation time (1-2 years = 120 hours, 3-5 years = 160 hours, 6+ years = 200 hours)
- 48 hours of sick time per year

- Holiday pay (Memorial Day, Independence Day, Labor Day, Thanksgiving + day after, Christmas Day and New Years Day)
