Job summary

Mercor is recruiting for a contract role focused on Brand / creative direction / marketing collateral. You will evaluate AI-generated artifacts against quality rubrics and identify factual, aesthetic, and presentation errors, providing structured feedback to improve model performance.

You will collaborate with subject matter experts, ensure consistency and quality, and work independently in a remote, asynchronous setup to meet deadlines.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of relevant professional experience in Brand / creative direction / marketing collateral.
• Native or professional fluency in English.
• Highly proficient in Microsoft Office and Google Workspace, especially Slides.
