THE WORK

1. Design marketing assets across various formats: landing pages, ads, short videos, social graphics, and web visuals.
2. Create polished, on-brand presentations using Google Slides and PowerPoint.
3. Collaborate with copywriters, strategists, and project leads to bring concepts to life.
4. Contribute to video projects, including storyboarding, visual design, light animation, and editing.
5. Apply brand guidelines consistently while introducing innovative and modern design solutions.
6. Iterate quickly based on feedback and evolving priorities.
7. Stay updated with current creative trends, digital formats, and AI-powered design tools.

NEEDED EXPERTISE

1. Minimum of 3 years in digital or creative design roles within an agency or fast-paced marketing environment.
2. A strong portfolio showcasing marketing-focused work such as campaigns, ads, decks, landing pages, and short videos.
3. Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Premiere, After Effects).
4. Confidence in layout, typography, and visual hierarchy for digital and presentation formats.
5. Experience with Webflow or HTML5 ad tools (e.g., Adobe Animate) is a plus.
6. Familiarity with tools like Descript, Goldcast, or creative automation platforms like Bannerflow.
7. Highly organized, proactive, and capable of managing multiple projects efficiently.
