Job summary

Highgate Hotels is seeking a dynamic intern to join the Creative Design Studio in New York. You will gain hands-on experience in graphic design, branding, and visual storytelling while supporting the creative team on hotel and brand projects.

You will contribute to concept development, create materials for pitches, and help organize assets across departments, with exposure to the hospitality industry and a fast-paced studio environment.

Qualifications

• Pursuing an undergraduate or graduate degree in Arts, Creative Studies, Design, Marketing, or a related field.
• Familiarity with project management platforms such as Asana and Monday.com, and Microsoft Excel and Word.
• Strong organizational and project coordination skills with ability to manage multiple priorities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication and collaboration with teams.
• Interest in hospitality and branding is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Support Creative Director and Art Director in day-to-day projects.
• Coordinate projects from request to completion, maintaining timelines.
• Assist with PowerPoint presentations for business development and pitches.
• Prepare and coordinate mechanical print files and marketing materials.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align with brand standards.
