Are you a creative storyteller with a sharp understanding of what makes parents click, engage, and convert? iSchool is hiring a Creative Copywriter to lead the messaging behind our digital ad campaigns across Meta, TikTok, and YouTube - with a laser focus on the GCC region.

Your Role:

  • Write engaging, conversion-focused copy for Meta, TikTok, and YouTube ad campaigns.
  • Develop multiple angles, hooks, captions, and voice-over lines from briefs or video scripts.
  • Brainstorm fresh campaign ideas that align with our performance goals and brand voice.
  • Localize messaging for GCC audiences, particularly Saudi Arabia and the UAE.
  • Collaborate with media buyers, video editors, and the marketing team to ensure creative consistency and impact.


Requirements

  • 3+ years of experience in advertising copywriting, preferably for EdTech or family/parenting-focused brands.
  • A strong portfolio of ad copy, showing results across Meta, TikTok, and other social platforms.
  • Familiarity with Gulf audience tone, cultural nuances, and digital content trends.
  • Ability to produce short, punchy, and high-impact copy under tight timelines.
  • Strategic thinking and adaptability to iterate fast based on ad performance.

Bonus Points if You:

  • Have experience writing in Arabic or working with bilingual teams.
  • Understand ad performance metrics and how to optimize messaging for CTR and conversion.
  • Previously worked with high-growth startups or direct-response advertising teams.
