This is a remote role, but candidates must be located within the United States.
What You'll Do
  1. Own the creative pipeline: prioritize, brief, and deliver high-impact assets for the Paid Media team.
  2. Write compelling copy: craft ad creatives, landing pages, and video scripts for paid media channels.
  3. Develop video concepts & scripts: create concepts, storyboards, and production-ready scripts for various video formats.
  4. Manage creator & influencer programs: source, vet, brief, and approve content from UGC creators and paid partners; handle contracts, timelines, and performance tracking.
  5. Translate data into insights: collaborate with analysts to refine messaging based on key metrics like CVR, CPA, and ROAS.
  6. Lead external partners: coordinate with our U.S. creative agency and freelancers daily.
  7. Scale processes: develop briefing templates, video analysis, and influencer approval workflows.
  8. Research new influencers: identify and recommend potential creators and influencers.
