Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, and peeling.
• Safely uses utensils including knives.
• Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, and mixers.
• Bakes, roasts, broils, steams, and uses various cooking methods.
• Arranges, garnishes, and portions food according to guidelines.
• Properly stores food by following safety policies.
• Cleans and sanitizes work areas and equipment.
• Maintains positive guest service and demeanor toward guests and staff.
• Adheres to safety policies and protects company assets.
