Elior North America in Miami, FL, is seeking an experienced cook to join the Constellation division at the Perez Art Museum. You will work with a motivated kitchen team in a fast-paced environment, preparing high-quality meals and contributing to guest satisfaction.

Key duties include quality/portion control, food preparation, creative presentation, and proper food storage, while adhering to safety policies and recipes.

Qualifications

• At least one year's culinary experience in a quality, high-volume establishment with emphasis on scratch cooking.
• Strong knowledge of culinary methods, techniques, and standards.
• Excellent attention to detail and ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Ability to use kitchen equipment and differentiate food items.
• Customer service experience is required.
