Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of foods according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, and peeling.
• Safely use utensils and operate ovens, stoves, and mixers.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam, and apply diverse cooking methods.
• Plate and portion food according to guidelines.
• Store food per safety policies and maintain clean work areas.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor.
