Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to recipes and guidelines.
• Set up workstation with ingredients and equipment for service.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, and chopping.
• Safely use utensils including knives and operate ovens, stoves, and mixers.
• Cook with multiple methods (bake, roast, steam) and portion food as per guidelines.
• Store food properly following safety and sanitation policies.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Provide excellent customer service and maintain a positive demeanor.
