Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation principles, cooking methods, and safety regulations.
• Ability to obtain food safety certification.
• Demonstrates basic math and counting skills.
• Strong written and verbal communication.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items.
• Safely use utensils including knives and operate ovens, stoves, and mixers.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam, and use 다양한 cooking methods as required.
