Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role preferred.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation methods and food safety regulations.
• Ability to perform basic math and measurements accurately.
• Strong interpersonal communication, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and standardized recipes.
• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling food items.
• Safely use utensils including knives and operate ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers, etc.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam and apply diverse cooking methods to items.
• Maintain sanitation and proper storage following safety policies.
