Qualifications

• Demonstrates interpersonal communication skills, both written and verbal.

Responsibilities

• Cooks and prepares a variety of food according to recipes and production guidelines.
• Sets up workstation with ingredients and equipment.
• Prepares ingredients by measuring, weighing, chopping, and peeling.
• Operates ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers and other kitchen equipment.
• Cooks using diverse methods (baking, roasting, broiling, steaming) as required.
• Cresents, garnishes, portions, and stores food per guidelines.
• Maintains cleanliness and safety of work areas and equipment.
