Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Set up workstation with needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, and chopping.
• Safely use utensils including knives.
• Operate ovens, stoves, and mixers.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam foods and apply diverse cooking methods.
• Arrange, garnish, and portion food as per guidelines.
• Store food according to safety policies.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment and utensils.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanour.
