Aramark is hiring a Cook to join our team and help bring recipes to life while applying production guidelines and safety procedures. You will be immersed in cooking variety, creativity, and teamwork with fresh ingredients and professional equipment.

Qualifications

• Experience as a cook or in a related role required.
• Knowledge of basic food preparation principles and food safety regulations.
• Must be able to obtain food safety certification.

Responsibilities

• Cook and prepare a variety of food according to production guidelines and recipes.
• Set up workstation with all needed ingredients and equipment.
• Prepare ingredients by measuring, weighing, mixing, chopping, trimming, and peeling.
• Safely use a variety of utensils including knives.
• Operate equipment such as ovens, stoves, slicers, mixers.
• Bake, roast, broil, steam, and use various cooking methods.
• Arrange and portion food according to guidelines.
• Store food properly following safety policies.
• Clean and sanitize work areas, equipment, and utensils.
• Maintain excellent customer service and positive demeanor.
