Qualifications

• 6 Months' Experience In Fresh Production Area.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Create cakes and bakery items that delight our members.
• Personalize orders with decorative designs, flowers, borders, and lettering.
• Deliver exceptional member service while helping members select and customize products.
• Maintain bakery quality, freshness, food safety, and sanitation standards.
• Use digital tools to support production planning and inventory needs.
• Work collaboratively with associates to keep the bakery running smoothly.
• Support seasonal events and holidays during peak business periods.
• Help create a welcoming, positive environment for members and associates.
