Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• High school diploma or GED preferred.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, early mornings, weekends and holidays as needed.
• Ability to interpret, understand and follow instructions.
• Moves, lifts, carries and places merchandise weighing ≤25 pounds.
• Frequently reaches overhead and below the knees; may climb.
• Continuous repetitive motion with hands/arms.
• Stands/walks continuously during shift.
• May be exposed to weather & chemicals.
• Employment contingent on background checks.

Responsibilities

• Bakery Department Operations: readiness, staffing, price maintenance, policies and procedures, inventory prep, department goals, cleanliness, safe use of equipment.
• Bakery Department Replenishment & Inventory: ordering, replenishment, receiving, invoicing, returns, damages, reworks.
• Merchandising & Sales Floor Standards: stocking, displays, signing, zoning, sampling.
• Equipment and Tools: cleaning and maintenance per procedures.
• Food Production & Processing: ensure proper packaging, weighing, labeling per requirements.
• Department Cleaning Standards: follow food safety guidelines and use approved cleaners.
