Albertsons Companies bakery is seeking a Cake Decorator to create decorated cakes and desserts per recipes and standards. You will prepare icings, apply designs, and finish custom orders while maintaining a clean, organized work area.

You will process customer orders, review details for accuracy, and ensure display cases are well-stocked and visually consistent. Availability for early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays is expected.

Qualifications

• Clear communication when taking orders and gathering details.
• Experience with icing, piping, and finishing techniques for cakes.
• Familiarity with preparing icing, whipped toppings, and decorative elements.
• Consistent design execution, labeling, and presentation per order specs.
• Managing multiple orders while meeting timelines in a fast-paced environment.
• Maintaining visually consistent and well-stocked display cases.
• Reading and interpreting order forms and production instructions.
• Comfort with changing priorities and varying order volume.
• Knowledge of sanitation practices and product handling requirements.
• Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 45 lbs occasionally.
