Job summary

Albertsons Companies is seeking a Cake Decorator to craft visually appealing cakes and desserts, apply icing and designs, and complete custom orders per established recipes and standards. You will ensure products are display-ready and meet customer specifications in a fast-paced bakery environment.

You will maintain a clean, organized work area, process orders, and coordinate with colleagues to guarantee accuracy and timely fulfillment while upholding food safety practices and company policies.

Qualifications

• Must be 18 years of age or older.
• Previous cake decorating experience required.
• Availability to work early mornings, evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Create decorated cakes and desserts per established recipes and decoration standards.
• Prepare icings, piping, and finishing techniques for cake designs.
• Complete custom orders based on customer specifications and order tags.
• Process customer orders and review order details for accuracy.
• Maintain clean, organized work area and ensure display cases are stocked and visually consistent.
