Job summary

Meijer is seeking a bakery team member to prepare and decorate cakes for various occasions and maintain the cake case throughout the shift. You’ll ensure accuracy with orders, stock, and displays while upholding sanitation standards.

Responsibilities

• Manage cake out-dates daily.
• Receive and process cake orders.
• Manage cake and icing inventory.
• Maintain decorating station to include preparing icing's and following all sanitation procedures.
• Maintain a positive, friendly working relationship with customers, team members and leadership.
• Stocking and maintenance of product and product displays according to quality and merchandising standards.
• Potential for working in our deli and bakery areas.
