Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED is required.
• 1-2 years’ decorating experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Keeps bakery department stocked and appealing; greets customers and answers product questions.
• Decorates cakes and bakery items using various colors and designs; prepares icing and fillings.
• Cuts and shapes cakes; applies icing between layers and on surfaces.
• Assists with bakery merchandising and inventory; follows rotation and production logs.
• Assists with receiving, unloading, and stocking deliveries; training provided.
• Maintains sanitation and adheres to health and OSHA requirements.
