Qualifications

• Must be proficient in cake decorating and ordering (as assigned) for the entire sales areas of the bakery department.
• Willingness to cross train and learn other areas as needed.
• Must project a clean and professional appearance.
• Ability to operate within company policies, procedures, and standards.
• Must be 18 years of age or older.

Responsibilities

• Provide an exceptional customer experience by preparing and ensuring the freshest quality product.
• Produce high quality cakes and baked goods.
• Maintain department conditions, including ordering, inventory, production, and food safety standards in the Bakery department.
• Provide product knowledge and expertise to customers.
