AC Portland Downtown, part of Sage Hospitality Group, is seeking a bartender to join our team in Portland, OR. You will set up, mix drinks, serve guests, and clean the bar area while upholding service standards and profitability.

Requirements include at least 6 months of bartending experience, TIPS certification, and being 21 years or older. Duties cover taking orders, handling cash, following liquor laws, and maintaining par levels as you contribute to a welcoming guest experience.

Qualifications

• Bartending experience preferred; must be 21+ to serve alcohol.
• Ability to follow safety and liquor-control guidelines.
• Strong guest-service orientation and cash-handling accuracy.

Responsabilités

• Make and serve drinks following established guidelines and safety controls.
• Provide cordial, efficient, and professional guest contact.
• Ring guest checks and process payments per policy.
• Prepare liquor requisitions and maintain par levels.
• Know and comply with state liquor laws.
• Maintain established pars and complete sidework as scheduled.
• Support bar operations to ensure smooth guest experience.
