Doral Health & Wellness – HCBS Program is seeking Licensed Creative Arts Therapists (LCATs) to join our growing network in NYC, Long Island, and Hudson Valley. This fee-for-service, 1099 opportunity offers flexible scheduling and weekly pay to provide therapeutic art-based sessions for children and youth in the HCBS program.

• New York State Licensed Creative Arts Therapist (LCAT).
• Experience working with children, adolescents, or youth.
• Strong communication, documentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Compassionate, creative, patient-centered approach.

Responsabilités

• Provide individualized creative arts therapy services to children and youth in the HCBS program.
• Use art, dance/movement, drama, and other techniques to encourage emotional expression and growth.
• Support children with emotional, behavioral, developmental, and medically complex needs.
• Develop interventions aligned with each child’s goals and treatment plan.
• Help children strengthen coping skills, communication, social interaction, and emotional regulation.
• Collaborate with families, caregivers, and interdisciplinary care teams.
• Maintain accurate clinical documentation and progress notes.
