Job summary

Blick Plc, located in Cincinnati, is seeking a Retail Store Sales Associate who will deliver exceptional customer service, assist with merchandise setup, and engage in various training programs. The ideal candidate will work independently and collaboratively in a team environment and have a working knowledge of fine art mediums.

This position offers flexible scheduling, with an average of 15-25 hours per week. The pay range is $14.50 - $15.00 per hour plus sales incentives, alongside a comprehensive benefits package including a 401K plan and employee discounts.

Qualifications

• Ability to work independently and in a team environment.
• Working knowledge of various fine art mediums preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver superior customer service by meeting or exceeding expectations.
• Complete Blick Onboarding Training and Sales Training.
• Provide customer service at the Custom Services desk.
• Assist in merchandise set-ups and maintain visual standards.
• Report low stock levels and inventory discrepancies.
