• Knowledge of Smartboard functions and tools
• Knowledge of current teaching methods and differentiated instruction based on student learning styles

Responsibilities

• Develops and administers art curriculum aligned with district goals.
• Develops lesson plans and instructional materials for art instruction.
• Teaches art knowledge and skills across various media to secondary pupils.
• Conducts ongoing assessment and adjusts instruction for individual needs.
• Demonstrates techniques in drawing, painting, and modeling with aids.
• Plans class time for a balanced program; maintains records and reporting.
• Engages parents and coordinates with staff to support student learning.
• Sponsoring exhibits and organizing displays of student work.
